Features

  1. Put a mold in place on a free bearing.
  2. Clamp a top mold to a slide, and then clamp a bottom mold to lower a free bearing by the clamping force, so as to closely touch a bottom mold with the bolster (Or move a slide downward to closely touch a bottom mold with the bolster, so as to clamp a bottom mold).
  3. If there is any hole or irregularity on the base plane of a mold, attach a steel sheet more than 3.2T to the base plane.
  4. Additionally installing a free bearing on the plate that moves molds may reduce the manpower.
